Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management and administrative oversight.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of non-profit governance, compliance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing facilities and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the organization in Randburg.
