Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Productivity Improvement Manager to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in Randburg. This hybrid role combines on-site leadership with remote coordination to drive change across departments.

You will analyze workflows, implement best practices, and foster continuous improvement using data-driven insights to boost output and reduce waste. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in productivity improvement, process optimization, or operations management.
• Proven track record of leading change initiatives and measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience in hybrid environments with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing productivity projects.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate training and workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to teams, both in-person and remotely, ensuring project success.
