Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or productivity enhancement roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and process mapping software.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage change effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, workflows, and resource allocation to identify productivity gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies and projects aimed at enhancing overall productivity and reducing operational costs.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste, streamline operations, and improve quality.
• Design and recommend new processes, systems, and technologies to support productivity goals.
• Collaborate with departmental managers and staff to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Measure, track, and report on the impact of implemented initiatives on productivity and key performance indicators.
