Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager for Randburg to drive continuous improvement across all operations. You will implement Lean and Six Sigma, optimize processes, and lead training to elevate performance and reduce waste. A change-agent mindset and strong collaboration with teams are essential.

The role focuses on developing and tracking KPIs, embedding a culture of excellence, and delivering measurable efficiencies within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement or operations management.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma programs to improve operations.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and deliver workshops on process improvement for staff.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to embed a continuous improvement culture.
