Qualifications

• Experience as IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Support mobile devices and related applications.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles.
• Assist with system updates, patching, and basic server maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT personnel when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades as needed.
