Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in IT project management with a focus on business systems implementation.
• Experience in financial services projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with CRM/ERP implementations.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams of IT staff, business users, and external consultants.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
