Placements24 in Pretoria is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP/CRM/HRIS implementations with a hybrid work model. You will manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors for successful adoption.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BA, 5+ years of IT project management experience, and strong skills in Agile/Waterfall, leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BA or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience focused on business systems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or similar enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of business processes across functions.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work experience; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of IT projects for business systems.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Coordinate between business units, IT teams and vendors.
• Oversee configuration, data migration and integration testing.
• Facilitate UAT and production handover; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
