Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Experience managing ERP/CRM or other core business system implementations.
• Proficiency with IT PM methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects transforming business systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business units and external vendors for delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders regularly.
• Oversee adoption of new systems through change management and training.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
