Qualifications

Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Officer or similar IT support role.
Solid understanding of hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
Assist users with password resets, account management, and basic system troubleshooting.
Document support procedures and create user guides.
