Job summary

AAA WCNY is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative (Call-Center) in a hybrid-capable role. The position involves assisting customers via phone, walk-ins, and other touchpoints, resolving issues promptly, and promoting Club memberships to support growth.

The role requires knowledge of carrier offerings, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and a proactive approach to privacy and security in handling policy information.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain the required license or certification in active status.
• Working knowledge of carrier offerings, processes, and requirements.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and events as required by business need/Leadership directive.
• Able to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through multiple channels (work activities, walk-ins, phone) and resolve issues with tailored solutions.
• Maintain phone queue availability to ensure timely customer service.
• Verify customer information and document all interactions/transactions for policies and carriers.
• Promote AAA memberships and Club products/services to reach sales targets.
