The ideal candidate has proven inside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and is comfortable using Salesforce and other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an inside sales or similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Proactively contact potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the company's value proposition effectively.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign strategies.
