Placements24 in Soweto is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through phone and email, qualify leads, and nurture client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with marketing to follow up inbound leads, hit monthly and quarterly targets, and maintain accurate CRM records. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to the Soweto area for in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels.
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads and qualify them for further sales engagement.
• Effectively present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
