Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative for its Pretoria office. The role focuses on generating leads and closing sales primarily via phone, email, and online channels. You will expand market reach, drive revenue growth, and articulate the value of offerings to potential customers.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment, collaborating with marketing and other teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment and collaborate with team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to generate interest and leads.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline, tracking progress and follow-ups diligently.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet individual and team targets.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns.
