Placements24 is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer in Centurion to optimize production processes and systems. The role blends on-site operational analysis with remote strategic planning to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

You will work with production teams, management, and stakeholders to design and refine workflows, develop standards, and validate changes using simulation tools. A strong background in lean and Six Sigma is preferred, with excellent communication and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Develop and maintain production standards, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
