Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Rustenburg on a hybrid schedule. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation, and handle employee relations across departments.

The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of South African labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and inquiries.
• Assist recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues with guidance to staff and management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
