Placements24 is seeking a proactive Hotel Sales Executive in Centurion, Gauteng. This hybrid role involves on-site client engagement and remote administrative duties to drive revenue from accommodation, banqueting, and events.

You will build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers while developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid grasp of the MICE market.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hotel sales or related hospitality sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new sales leads within corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and packages ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems and reporting.
