Placements24 partners with a distinguished hospitality group in Soweto, Gauteng, to recruit a driven Sales Executive focused on securing new business, building corporate relationships, and promoting venues and services.

You will identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through strategic plans and compelling presentations. A proven hospitality sales track record is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably hospitality/events.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of hospitality market and sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads in corporate, leisure and MICE segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations and site inspections to showcase venues.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to reach annual targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to find opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft effective collateral and online presence.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company.
