Job summary

Sporty Group in Cape Town is seeking a Games Operations Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage the group’s projects across regulatory compliance and certification cycles. This hybrid role focuses on execution, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with product and tech teams, support knowledge management, and partner with legal on regulatory documentation while aligning stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a regulated environment.
• Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C) with understanding of games compliance and certification.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent time management and self-management to meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset to identify issues and improve processes.
• Structured, organized approach and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact within Games Operations for all compliance requirements, ensuring processes are tracked and completed on time.
• Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, taking full ownership of annual regulator submissions to prevent gaps or missed deadlines.
• Serve as the point of contact for all new market entry planning, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to ensure compliance and smooth launches.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams on new initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with clear accountability.
• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized knowledge base for the Games Operations team, improving documentation and knowledge sharing over the long term.
• Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance documentation, ensuring alignment and completeness.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones to track, coordinate, and execute tasks and projects.
