Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join the Games Operations team. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery for casino products in a regulated environment.

You will lead certification cycles, support market entry planning, and collaborate with legal, product, and tech teams to maintain a centralized knowledge base. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to regulatory details, and the ability to align stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in fast-paced or regulated environments.
• Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C) with understanding of games compliance and certification requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent time management and self-management to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset to identify issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage group projects for Games Operations and wider business.
• Execute projects, improve processes, and provide structure, ownership, and oversight for smooth operations while adhering to local and international regulatory compliance.
• Act as the key Games Operations contact for compliance requirements and ensure processes are tracked and completed on time.
• Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, owning annual regulator submissions.
• Coordinate new market entry planning and cross-functional efforts for compliant, smooth launches.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams on new initiatives to ensure efficient delivery and clear accountability.
• Support creation and maintenance of a centralized Games Operations knowledge base.
• Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate tasks and projects with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
