Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in regulated environments.
• Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C) with understanding of games compliance and certification requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key compliance contact for Games Operations, tracking processes and ensuring on-time completion.
• Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, including regulator submissions.
• Coordinate new market entry planning with cross-functional teams for smooth launches.
• Collaborate with product and tech to deliver initiatives with clear accountability.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base for Games Operations and improve documentation.
• Work with legal on regulatory compliance documentation ensuring alignment and completeness.
• Coordinate tasks across regions and time zones to keep projects on track.
