• Proactive, practical mindset and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office and business operations, systems, records, and administration.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external professionals (accountants, tax, legal).
• Maintain governance, filings, and documentation.
• Track projects, milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Support budgeting, invoices, payments, procurement with external accountants.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and logistics.
• Build lightweight operating processes with AI-enabled tools.
• Anticipate problems and resolve issues independently.
