This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and success of various sports programs offered to the community, blending on-site program delivery with remote administrative duties.

You will be responsible for curriculum design, coach recruitment and training, participant engagement, and ensuring the overall quality and safety of all programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing sports programs or similar activities.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging sports curricula.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute a diverse portfolio of sports programs for various age groups and skill levels.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches and program instructors, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop program schedules, manage participant registration, and ensure efficient use of facilities.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback from participants and parents, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all programs comply with safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and organizational standards.
• Manage program budgets, including expenditures on equipment, staffing, and facility usage.
