Placements24 is seeking a Head of Fitness Operations to oversee our fitness centers in the Cape Town region. This leadership role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management to ensure service excellence, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large-scale fitness operations or similar leisure sector.
• Proven budget management and financial performance improvement.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Understanding of fitness industry best practices and trends.
• Ability to manage both on-site and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for fitness operations aligned with company goals.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for all facilities.
• Ensure health, safety, and industry regulation compliance across operations.
• Drive member experience and retention through innovative fitness programs.
• Oversee training and development of fitness staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive membership growth and revenue.
