Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily online retail operations from order placement to delivery. You will manage inventory, logistics, customer service, and collaborate with marketing to align promotions with operational capacity.

The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, e-commerce platforms, and process optimization. This hybrid position involves work from a Centurion office and remote collaboration to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key metrics and report on performance for proactive improvements.
• Lead and mentor the operations team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align promotions with operations.
