Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Platform Manager in Paarl to oversee online store operations and strategy. You will ensure platform functionality, performance, and continuous improvement to drive sales and optimize the customer journey.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT, implement feature rollouts, analyze data, and lead platform upgrades. A strong technical aptitude, experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce, and expertise in analytics and CRO

Qualifications

Proven experience as E-commerce Platform Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Magento, Shopify Plus or BigCommerce.
Experience with website analytics and CRO techniques.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong digital marketing integration with e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including content updates and promotions.
Develop strategies to improve usability, conversions, and customer experience.
Monitor website performance and coordinate with tech teams to resolve issues.
Plan and execute platform enhancements and upgrades.
