Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to oversee and optimize online sales channels. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on management of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

You will collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations to drive sales growth and enhance user experience through platform enhancements and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and their capabilities (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform including catalog management, orders, and site maintenance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rate, AOV, and CLV.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior and sales data to identify improvements.
• Oversee integration of third-party tools to enhance functionality and customer experience.
• Ensure mobile-responsiveness, usability, and regulatory compliance.
