Placements24 is hiring an E-commerce Marketing Manager in Port Elizabeth (hybrid). You will lead performance marketing, optimize SEM/SEO, and drive online sales through data-driven decisions.

Focus on analytics, reporting, and cross-channel coordination across email, affiliate marketing, and paid search. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in e-commerce marketing with a strong analytics background and proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce marketing with performance analytics.
• Proven SEM, SEO, email and affiliate campaign management.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales.
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Develop and manage email campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing.
• Implement and manage affiliate programs to expand reach.
• Track and report KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversions.
• Use web analytics tools to gain insights and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams on assets.
• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and emails to maximise results.
• Stay updated on trends in digital performance marketing.
