Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing with e-commerce focus.
• Expertise in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram).
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Strong CRO and A/B testing knowledge, plus email marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills; hybrid work experience.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Set and manage campaign budgets, continuously optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets.
• Manage relationships with advertising platforms and third-party vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
• Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
