Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or similar role with e-commerce focus.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
