Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with merchandising and product teams to create a cohesive customer journey in a hybrid Johannesburg environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a track record of growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliate).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience managing paid campaigns and optimizing ROI.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Hybrid work experience in Johannesburg is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and CLV.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.

• Manage e-commerce marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Work with merchandising, product, and customer service to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
