Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Marketing Analytics.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in web analytics, e-commerce analysis or a data-focused role.
• Proven experience with web analytics platforms (GA4 proficiency essential).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business drivers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to commute to Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels and sales data using analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, LTV, bounce rate).
• Identify trends and anomalies to improve UX and sales performance.
• Conduct A/B testing analyses and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams on data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor digital marketing campaign performance and ROI insights.
• Perform customer segmentation analyses to understand purchasing behavior.
• Stay updated on e-commerce analytics best practices.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
• Forecast sales and traffic based on historical data and trends.
