Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Relations Officer for a hybrid role based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA. You will manage inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction with services, both remotely and in-office.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can work independently, and will document interactions in the CRM system while collaborating with sales and support teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary education is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
