Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Officer for a community-focused NGO in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will manage client inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and contribute to client retention while delivering excellent service to a diverse client base.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular commutes to Kimberley and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or client relations.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Residence in Kimberley or commutable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Listen to client needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
• Manage client records and update information accurately in the CRM system.
• Assist clients with navigating services and programs offered by the organization.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Contribute to client feedback initiatives and surveys to gather insights.
• Promote organizational services and programs to clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
