Job summary

Cyberlogic is seeking a Mid Client Success Manager in Stellenbosch (hybrid). You will own client relationships across a defined portfolio, drive retention and value growth, and orchestrate cross-group opportunities within Cyberlogic and Hyperclear.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing technology sales in SME/mid-market.
• Experience with consultative selling, qualification of opportunities and CRM discipline.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trusted client relationships and ensure client health across the portfolio.
• Identify and grow opportunities through structured demand management and pre-sales support.
• Provide delivery visibility, manage risks, and escalate where needed to protect value.
• Manage renewals, pricing adaptations and commercial readiness with stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor teammates to strengthen Client Success capabilities.
