Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations coordination in catering/hospitality.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for catering events, including transport of food, equipment, and staff.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies, equipment and disposables; ensure stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, negotiate terms, ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop and maintain delivery schedules and routes.
• Oversee on-site setup logistics and ensure timely placement of items.
• Enforce health and safety protocols related to food handling and transportation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges during events.
• Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and expenses.
• Collaborate with catering management and culinary teams.
