Qualifications

• Proficient in event planning software and standard office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Creative mindset with culinary presentation and event design flair.
• Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop customized catering proposals and menus for client specs.
• Manage all logistics of catering events, including staffing, equipment, transport, and timelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits and pre-event planning meetings as required.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring client satisfaction and standards.
• Manage event budgets and ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Handle client inquiries and address issues promptly.
