Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination, preferably in catering/events.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with logistics management software and standard office applications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of catering supplies, equipment, and food ingredients to event sites.
• Manage relationships with vendors ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficient operations.
• Track inventory levels and manage stock for multiple events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues during the supply chain process.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with catering and events teams to understand logistical needs per event.
• Utilize logistics software to monitor and manage operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistical processes and efficiency.
