Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event coordination, preferably catering.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.
• Experience in menu planning and F&B service standards.
• Familiarity with Mpumalanga event scene and local vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end catering events from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
• Develop detailed event plans including menus, timelines, and staffing.
• Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries throughout planning.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu development and special requests.
• Oversee event setup, service delivery, and breakdown to high standards.
