Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a versatile Human Resources Generalist in Upington, Northern Cape. This hybrid role supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation, partnering with management to foster a compliant, productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field and at least three years in HR, preferably FMCG. Strong communication, HRIS proficiency, and ability to balance remote admin with on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as HR Generalist or similar role, preferably FMCG.
• Solid understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
