Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our energy-sector client in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration within a hybrid work setup.

You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensure compliance with South African labor laws, maintain records, and contribute to HR policy development and performance initiatives while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration.
• Knowledge of South African labor law.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Hybrid work experience is beneficial.
