Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Generalist to join a fully remote team. Based remotely, you will support employees and management in HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management and policy guidance.

You will ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented, maintain HRIS records, and contribute to a positive remote culture while complying with South African labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of HR functions: employee relations, performance management, onboarding, etc.
• Knowledge of South African labour law is essential.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience supporting remote employees is a significant advantage.
