Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join their team in George . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and participate in grievance investigations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
