Job summary

Placements24 in George is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to join the team for comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will implement policies and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals within the Western Cape.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR Management, 4+ years in a broad HR generalist function, strong SA labor law knowledge, HRIS proficiency, and excellent communication.

• Strong knowledge of South African labor law.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.

• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and industrial relations.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in George.
