Placements24 is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join its remote-first team in South Africa. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation across a fully remote workforce.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM, 3–5 years of generalist experience, solid knowledge of SA labor law, and hands-on experience with HRIS and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities
