• Requires a relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources.
• 3–5 years of broad HR generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR administration.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and SA employment legislation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles, including sourcing and initial interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires with necessary resources and information.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on policy interpretation and benefits.
• Assist in HR systems administration and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
