Job summary

Placements24 seeks a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join the team in East London. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and policy compliance under SA labor laws, requiring a proactive, communicative professional who can foster a positive workplace.

Hybris work arrangement is offered. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of SA labor legislation, HRIS and MS Office is preferred.
