Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join their thriving team in Centurion, Gauteng . This role is essential for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the evolving needs of the business. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This is a dynamic position that requires a strategic approach to sourcing, creative employer branding, and a deep understanding of various recruitment channels. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles at various levels.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Knowledge of South African employment laws related to recruitment is a plus.
