Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee critical HR initiatives in Kimberley. This hybrid role collaborates with HR, IT, and other departments to deliver HRIS implementations, policy development, and talent management programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR-focused project management experience, strong organizational and communications skills, and familiarity with PM methodologies in a hybrid environment. A relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on HR initiatives.
• Experience managing HRIS, talent acquisition, employee development, or compensation and benefits projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools; able to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of HR projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR specialists, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines for efficient asset use.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
