Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Sandton for an on-site role. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and ensure adherence to South African labour laws.

Your strong organizational and interpersonal skills will support daily HR operations, documentation, and policy development in a dynamic corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to queries.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
