Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR operations, HR administration, or HRIS management experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) with data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Oversee HR administrative processes: record-keeping, filing, and document management.
• Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance).
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives (system upgrades, policy rollouts).
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Process and track employee changes, promotions, and terminations in the HRIS.
• Respond to HR inquiries from employees and management.
